EYE is a tri-annual international Episcopal Youth Event. After General Convention, it is the single largest Episcopal event, with an average attendance of over 1,200 young people, adult sponsors, bishops, staff, and guests. EYE is a once in a lifetime opportunity for high school students.
The next EYE was originally scheduled for July 2020. However, in response to COVID-19, it has been postponed until July 2021. Please take a moment to read the official announcement here.
While this is surely a disappointment, the decision was made with everyone’s best interests in mind.
The good news is that most interested youth from ECMN can still go together next summer. Age is the most important determining factor for attendance, and EYE participants need to be between the ages of 15 and 19 on July 1, 2021. So if that’s you, I’d like to invite you to tentatively hold the first week of July, 2021, on your calendar.
